Hifz Al Neama Project Distributes (7,991,422) Meals in Fujairah
The Hifz Al Neama project, one of the most prominent humanitarian programmes of Fujairah Charity Association, continues its daily projects of distributing meals and bottles of water to groups in need. H.E. Saeed bin Mohammed Al Raqbani, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Fujairah Charity Association, stated that the Hifz Al Neama project has distributed 7,991,422 meals to eligible groups since the project was established in 2004 until the first quarter of 2024. He added that, as part of initiatives to expand the project's services, the Association has equipped 88 sites at most mosques in the Emirate of Fujairah and Dibba, in neighbourhoods and residential communities, comprising 72 water coolers and 88 refrigerators equipped to receive food, with health requirement instructions affixed to them, for a total of (160) refrigerators and coolers. The sites were chosen to be adjacent to the outer walls of the mosques facing the street, and the project benefits everyone regardless of their nationality or religion. Al Raqbani expressed his highest thanks and appreciation to H.H. Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Fujairah, for His Highness's support and backing of the project since its establishment. He also thanked the bodies cooperating with the Association in the Hifz Al Neama project and in all its charitable projects, calling on members of the community, restaurants and hotels to contact the project team on the toll-free number 8008844 to donate meals to be distributed to groups in need.
