Fujairah Charity Association has launched new services on the WhatsApp application, the first of their kind among charitable associations in the country.
H.E. Yousef Al Marshoudi, Director of the Association, stated that Fujairah Charity Association is the first charitable association in the country to have its account verified on the WhatsApp application, with new services added to the application.
The launch of the new services on the number 8008844 stems from the keenness for continuous renewal and for activating all charitable services electronically, with the aim of making things easier for groups in need, informing benefactors of the services, programmes and activities offered by the Association, communicating with all groups interested in charitable and humanitarian work in its many fields, including individuals, public and private institutions and benefactors, and deepening the bonds of cooperation and effective participation.
Al Marshoudi added that the new service provides all of the Association's services easily and conveniently on the WhatsApp application, including sending the Association's news, providing a guide to charitable projects, promoting projects and urgent cases, and relief and emergency campaigns. It also enables benefactors to donate safely and easily through the WhatsApp application.
In addition, it offers direct communication with the relevant staff at the Association, receiving requests and answering enquiries from citizens and those wishing to obtain assistance or to donate.
