Fujairah Charity Association announced that it has distributed 330,974 meals to groups in need since the beginning of the current year, 2023, until the current month of May, at a cost exceeding AED 2,978,000, within the “Hifz Al Neama” project in cooperation with benefactors and in coordination with the relevant and competent authorities.
Al Marshoudi added that the focus is on providing meals and distributing them to groups in need at the places where they gather, in addition to distributing 1,000 meals with bottles of water weekly to worshippers after Friday prayers at a number of mosques in Fujairah, within the food-giving initiative that the Association implements throughout the year.
He pointed out that “the Association” has vehicles equipped to transport and preserve meals, and has qualified staff trained to reach eligible workers and serve the meals with kindness and respect.
Al Marshoudi thanked all the entities cooperating with the Association in the Hifz Al Neama project and in all its charitable projects, calling on members of the community, restaurants and hotels to contact the project team on the toll-free number 8008844 to donate meals to be distributed to groups in need.
