Fujairah Charity Association Launches the Social Responsibility Initiatives Platform
Fujairah Charity Association has launched the “Social Responsibility Initiatives Platform”, which includes a large number of initiatives organised through the collaborative efforts of the Association's staff in cooperation with a number of relevant private and government institutions across the country, aiming to strengthen the spirit of social responsibility among all members of society.
Yousef Al Marshoudi, Director General of Fujairah Charity Association, said: Under the directives of H.E. Saeed Al Raqbani, Chairman of the Board of Directors, we launched the (Social Responsibility Initiatives) platform, an innovative digital community platform, the first of its kind among charitable associations and institutions, which aims to strengthen community engagement and involve the community in identifying challenges and designing innovative solutions to them. The platform provides a series of distinctive humanitarian and community initiatives through which we open the field for cooperation and participation with all government and private bodies and institutions and individuals within the country, and through which we seek to extend a helping hand to groups in need, strengthen the values and concepts of doing good, strengthen the spirit of social responsibility among all members of UAE society, give the opportunity to participate to the largest number of entities and members of society, and contribute effectively to sustainable social development and to strengthening the supreme national interest, in implementation of the vision and directives of our wise leadership
Al Marshoudi added that the social responsibility initiatives implemented by Fujairah Charity Association enjoy an effective partnership with a large number of entities such as: Dubai Islamic Bank, the Emirates Council for Balanced Development, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development, the Ministry of Health and Prevention, the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship - Fujairah, the Amiri Diwan of the Government of Fujairah, Fujairah Police General Command, Fujairah Municipality, Fujairah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Fujairah Natural Resources Corporation, Al Sharq Hospital, Higher Colleges of Technology, Fujairah Federal Court of First Instance, University of Fujairah, University of Science and Technology of Fujairah, Abu Dhabi Ports, Khansaheb Company and many others.
