Fujairah Charity Association announced that it has received more than 52,581 electronic donations since the beginning of 2025 until now, reflecting the spirit of generosity, giving, compassion and social solidarity. This comes as part of the Association's efforts to facilitate communication with the community and encourage participation in supporting its humanitarian projects, by making available diverse options for contributing and donating via electronic platforms. H.E. Yousef Al Marshoudi, Director General of the Association, indicated that these amounts reflect the effectiveness of donating via electronic platforms as a means of achieving interaction between the Association and members of society and of providing donation channels characterised by speed, ease and security, enabling the public to take part in humanitarian work with complete confidence. This method has proven its effectiveness in simplifying donation procedures, as it enables donors to contribute to charitable work and support the Association's humanitarian projects at any time and from anywhere. Al Marshoudi added that donating via text messages, the website and smart applications facilitates doing good and meets the needs of eligible groups, thanks to the flexibility and transparency this service provides, as the Association has allocated SMS numbers to support its charitable projects and the seasonal campaigns it carries out, according to the needs of each campaign and in line with donors' aspirations. These numbers are used in well-studied campaigns aimed at funding numerous projects such as Hifz Al Neama, Water for All, Sadaqah, and medical and educational assistance, alongside the Ramadan campaign, Eid Al Adha and other humanitarian initiatives being implemented. Payment by bank cards, by choosing projects or cases to support that are published on social media platforms or the Association's website, also provides the generous benefactor with security and confidence in donating to those cases, and the smart applications likewise offer a service for paying Zakat, donations and Sadaqah. Al Marshoudi called on generous benefactors to continue supporting the Association through these electronic channels and to take part in achieving the Association's goals, as every donation helps support dignified families in need and bring happiness to orphans.
